“Silent Killer” Workout - We like to call this surprisingly challenging hill workout the silent killer because as the name suggests it sneaks up on you in a BIG way. We are lucky enough to live in an area that has a track right next to a pretty sizable hill so we came up with a way to incorporate both types of terrain into a combination workout were speed and strength are the main focus. So here we transition from running fast, short intervals (200m with a floating 200m jog recovery) to 3x2 minute moderate hills with a jog to start rest. Try running this one three times through and you’re sure to get why we call it the silent killer!
